IV therapy, short for intravenous therapy, involves administering fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream through a vein. IV therapy bypasses the digestive system, allowing for rapid absorption of nutrients directly into the bloodstream. This ensures maximum effectiveness and quicker results compared to oral supplementation.

IV hydration delivers fluids directly into your bloodstream, ensuring rapid absorption and hydration at the cellular level. Our vitamin therapy infusions are formulated with a blend of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants tailored to support various health needs. Our IV therapy replenishes vital nutrients, leading to increased energy levels and improved stamina, helping you stay active and focused throughout the day. Vitamin-rich infusions bolster your body's natural defenses, providing comprehensive immune support to help you stay healthy and resilient against common illnesses.
-
When administered by trained healthcare professionals, IV therapy is generally safe. However, individuals with certain medical conditions or allergies may not be suitable candidates. It's essential to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before undergoing IV therapy.
-
The duration of an IV therapy session varies depending on the specific treatment and individual needs. Typically, sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
-
Side effects of IV therapy are rare but may include minor discomfort at the injection site, bruising, infection, or allergic reactions. These risks can be minimized by receiving treatment from experienced professionals in a clinical setting, but it’s important to weigh the risks and benefits of any treatment.
-
During an IV therapy session, you'll be comfortably seated while an experienced and qualified member of our staff inserts a small needle into a vein, typically in your arm. The IV drip will then deliver the selected fluids and nutrients into your bloodstream. Our patients enjoy our private rooms, relaxing chairs, television, refreshments, and amenities like Normatec compression massage to maximize the rejuvenating effects of IV Therapy.

MYER'S COCKTAIL (Defiance Health Version)
Our most popular IV therapy.
This IV infusion includes:
Magnesium: Promotes relaxation of smooth muscle around blood vessels. Magnesium deficiency is surprisingly common in the United States. This is partially due to the Western pattern diet (WPD) or standard American diet (SAD), which includes soda (containing phosphoric acid), processed foods and too much coffee — all of which deplete magnesium.
Calcium: Magnesium helps with calcium absorption, and calcium helps with magnesium absorption.
Vitamins B12, B1, B3, and B6: All vital for energy production. Deficiencies in these vitamins have been linked to fatigue, depression, anxiety, and reduced libido. Magnesium’s efficiency is especially boosted by B6 since that vitamin increases the intracellular uptake of magnesium.
Zinc: Boosts your immune system. Supports normal growth during pregnancy, childhood and adulthood. Helps with wound healing. Ensures proper function of taste and smell. Hormone balance including boosting testosterone levels.
Vitamin C: Mops up damaging free radicals. Esfential for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body. It helps the body make collagen, an important protein used to make skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels. Vitamin C is needed for healing wounds, and for repairing and maintaining bones and teeth.

GLUTATHIONE
Glutathione can be added to an IV or administered as a “PUSH” on its own.
Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant found in every cell in the body and has many important functions, including:
• making DNA, the building blocks of proteins and cells
• supporting immune function
• forming sperm cells
• breaking down some free radicals
• helping certain enzymes function
• regenerating vitamins C and E
• transporting mercury out of the brain
• helping the liver and gallbladder deal with fats
• assisting regular cell death (a process known as apoptosis)
Glutathione supplementation may also have beneficial effects on blood pressure and insulin sensitivity.

IMMUNITY IV
Supercharge your immune system to fight off illness. Great before or after travel or if you feel an onset of cold or flu symptoms.
-
PICK 3
Choose 3 nutrients to add to your bag of fluids.

IRON IV
Many primary care providers refer their patients to us for IV iron when oral treatment has not been effective.
Oral iron supplementation is usually the first choice for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) because of its effectiveness and low cost. But unfortunately in many iron deficient conditions, oral iron is a less than the ideal treatment mainly because of adverse events related to the gastrointestinal tract as well as the long course required to treat anemia and replenish body iron stores.
Iron is an essential element as it plays an important role in many vital biological processes:
• synthesis of heme which forms the basis of hemoglobin (Hb) the oxygen-carrying protein of the blood
• formation of myoglobin
• energy metabolism
• neurotransmitter production
• formation of collagen and immune system function
Lack of iron is one of the principal causes of anemia in the general population. It is not surprising that iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is associated with increased morbidity and mortality.

Glutathione
Glutathione is a peptide that is naturally produced and found in every cell of the human body, including immune cells. It is made of three essential amino acids (cysteine, glutamate, and glycine). Glutathione is our main detoxifier found in the brain and the liver.
An IV infusion of glutathione delivers this powerful antioxidant directly into your bloodstream, bypassing issues with the digestive tract. Once in the bloodstream, glutathione is carried throughout the entire body, including the brain, heart, lungs, and muscles, so that all your cells can benefit from glutathione’s detoxifying and protective properties.
Glutathione rarely has supplement or drug interactions and is considered extremely safe for most people regardless of their health conditions. It is a GRAS-certified substance, meaning it has been determined by the FDA to be “Generally Recognized as Safe”.
Glutathione has been found to interact with some chemotherapy drugs and is thus contraindicated if someone is on chemotherapy.[10]
On rare occasions, the potential side effects of increased gas, loose stools, flushing, and weight gain have been reported.[11] However, this is uncommon and not something we’ve personally seen with our own supplementation or our patient’s use of glutathione. To naturally boost and support healthy glutathione levels without supplements, regularly incorporate the following foods in your diet:[4,5]
High-Quality Grass-fed Whey Protein Powder
Grass-fed/wild-caught/pastured animal protein
This provides the amino acids necessary for the body to create glutathione.
Avocados, Okra, asparagus, & spinach
All of these foods have glutathione naturally occurring in them
Avocados have been found to have nearly 40g of glutathione per fruit!
Those who consume foods higher in glutathione have a lower risk of developing cancer[6]
Glutathione is the leader of the body’s antioxidant defense system:
Reduces cellular degeneration caused by aging and stress
Lessens free radical damage linked to degenerative diseases
Shown to reduce chronic inflammation
Supports a healthier immune system
SYMPTOMS:
Low glutathione levels can be found in people with autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia. Decreased glutathione levels been associated with Parkinson's disease, liver disease, renal failure, as well as preëclampsia and Type II Diabetes.
Symptoms deficiency may include:
Chronic fatigue
Weakness and Joint Pains
Headaches
Dizziness
Problems sleeping
Frequent illnesses
Difficulty concentrating
BENEFITS:
Glutathione is an extremely powerful antioxidant that is key to almost all body functions, including:
Improving immune function and helping to fight disease
Reducing inflammation
Helping your body break down and purge fat
Promoting high energy and mental clarity
Providing anti-aging properties and skin health
Improving quality of sleep and combating stress from sleep apnea
Detoxifying and fighting oxidative stress
