Looking for affordable solutions for your health and wellness goals?

Defiance Health offers personalized treatments including menopausal hormone therapy, low testosterone treatments, medical weight loss programs, aesthetic injectables, and state-of-the-art skin and body technologies. Our services strike an incredibly unique balance of being highly customized and luxurious while delivered in a comfortable, down-to-earth environment.

Payment is due upon rendering of services or package purchases. We provide flexible payment options, including cash, major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Care Credit, and Cherry payment plans to make your care accessible.

We do not accept insurance, but we can provide superbills at checkout upon request. You can submit a superbill with your payment receipt to your insurance and request reimbursement for (out-of-network) services if you’d like.

We want the care we provide to be as accessible as possible. Our program design is based on over 10 years of experience in this specialty of medicine. We use specific policies, procedures, labs, and pharmacies to provide you the best overall value in care — this usually means cost savings, but may also be headache savings for everyone.

Discover optimal health without financial stress!

At Defiance Health several of our programs including HRT and weight loss are offered in a Direct Care model. Patients are not necessarily charged for medications or services on a per-item basis, instead, they may pay a monthly membership fee that includes a broad range of services & benefits, including access to medications, procedures, or diagnostic testing at discounted rates.

  • Membership-Based Models: In membership programs patients pay a fixed monthly fee, similar to a subscription service. This fee covers various services, including office visits, virtual consultations, and in-office procedures.

  • Inclusive Services: The membership fee typically includes access to certain medications, lab testing, and procedures at significantly reduced costs. Medications are often dispensed within the office achieving savings in both monetary cost and time.

  • No Copays or Surprise Bills: Unlike traditional healthcare models, Direct Care patients do not pay copays or encounter surprise bills for office visits or medications included in the membership.

  • Personalized Care: The Direct Care model allows for longer appointment times and more personalized care because the practice is not burdened by insurance paperwork and large patient panels. This results in better patient-provider relationships and more comprehensive care.

  • Additional Benefits: Membership may include 24/7 access to the clinic and/or provider via phone, text, or video calls, reducing the need for in-person visits and increasing accessibility to care.

  • Complementary Primary Care & Insurance: Patients in specialty Direct Care practices are advised to maintain an insurance plan for primary care, major medical emergencies, surgeries, or hospitalizations.

The Direct Care model is designed to provide comprehensive and affordable healthcare through a membership program, rather than selling medications or services on an individual basis.
