She founded Defiance Health to deliver the personalized, transparent care that traditional healthcare often misses — building treatment plans around your life, not a protocol sheet.
Randi Asbell, APRN, FNP-C
Randi is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical aesthetics, hormone optimization, and acute wellness. Her clinical expertise and patient-first approach make her a natural fit for the Defiance Health team.
Nicholas Lara, MBA
Nick co-founded Defiance Health with a mission to build a healthcare practice that puts patients first — not insurance companies. He manages operations, strategy, and patient experience across both locations, ensuring every visit runs smoothly from scheduling to follow-up.
