Our services are generally not covered by medical insurance including Medicare and Medicaid, & we accept cash/credit for services only. Exceptions may include some Lab testing & nutrition services, which may be covered by your insurance. If you have an HSA account, some expenses incurred may be reimbursable as well.
We pride ourselves on providing fully transparent, direct, and affordable pricing with no hidden fees or later charges.

For those with insurance coverage, we can provide you with an invoice of services (a superbill) for you to submit to your insurance provider. Any costs that are covered by your insurance company will be determined by your insurance provider based on your particular coverage plan.
Defiance Health is a specialty medical practice, & many practices/providers do not approach patient care the same way that we do.
